Andrew Carver

Andrew is an experienced telecoms/media/technology executive having led small and medium private and public technology companies through turnarounds, disposals, acquisitions, start-ups and fund raising.

He has been a board director for companies in the UK and Europe and also acts as a consultant advisor for operational due diligence related to M&A activities.

Having lived and worked in 7 countries around Europe and the US, Andrew brings significant international expertise in addition to his operational experience. His previous roles have included :

• CEO - Miniweb Interactive Ltd (early stage 'connected-TV' company providing managed interactive services platform for TV network operators and CE device manufacturers bringing internet video content to the TV, UK)

• Group MD - Multicom Security AB, Stockholm (Monitored Alarm & Mobile Data Network Services. Restructuring, acquisition & merger, Sweden & Norway)

• CEO - Transcomm Ltd (AIM Listed, Mobile Data Services. Successful sale to BT Group, UK)

• CEO - EuNet BV, Amsterdam (pan-European ISP. Successful merger)

• MD - CompuServe Network Services Europe (Datacoms & hosting services. Successful European expansion & integration)

• Co-founder - AduroNet, Europe (pan-European IP-VPN & hosting services, UK).
  

Prior to general management positions Andrew held various marketing, sales and technical roles in Telecoms, Internet, Broadcasting, PC and Oil & Gas Exploration services industries including Head of Marketing - Compaq Computer UK (PCs), Sales & Marketing Director - News Datacom Ltd (Pay TV access and subscriber management systems)
