Mike has over 28 years of General Management experience in diverse global industries in both in the public and private sector.

He has held senior level positions in the cable television, Internet, software, financial services, and video conferencing industries. He has also served as a consultant to major multinationals such as General Dynamics Corporation helping to open market opportunities for the company both in Brazil and in Europe. In addition he served on the company's "Capturing Global Business" consulting team, taking fast tracking GD executives and exposing them to developing and operating businesses in markets outside the United States.

Some of Mike's other career experiences include:

• President, VIA Net. Works, Inc, a Reston, Virginia based global provider of Business Internet Network Services. At VIA he oversaw the acquisition and integration of 25 businesses in 15 countries in Europe and The Americas. He also was part of the senior team that raised over $180 Million in venture capital that led to a successful IPO on NASDAQ and the Amsterdam exchanges which raised over $350 million.

• CEO, ORBID Corporation, a San Francisco, California based proprietary software technology company focused on the creation of unique identification marks for anti counterfiet and product diversion protection for multiple industries and products.

• Over fifteen years experience in the Cable television industry both in the US and in Europe. While in the CATV industry, Mike had management positions both in Westinghouse Broadcasting and Cable and Comcast where he served as Area Vice President for New Jersey. He was the first employee under contract to join UPC "United Pan European Communications" now one of Europe's largest telecom providers. While at UPC, Mike served both as Managing Director - Portugal and SVP -Sales/Marketing/Customer Service in Amsterdam.

A native of São Paulo, Brazil, Mike is a graduate of St Mary's University of Minnesota and resides outside New York City.
